Music at MorganField 2024

Join us on the beautiful grounds of The Village at MorganField - a traditional neighborhood in Lake Charles, for Music at MorganField on Thursday, May 23rd! Gather your family and friends to experience live entertainment with Rusty Metoyer & the Zydeco Crush, local shopping, food trucks, and family fun from 5:30pm - 8:30pm. This event is free to the public. No outside food or drinks are allowed. Food and drinks will be for sale on site. Lawnchairs and blankets are allowed for seating.

Music at MorganField 2022

MorganField Welcomes Harvest Community Center

We're proud to welcome two churches, First Christian Church Lake Charles and First Presbyterian Church of Lake Charles, united as Harvest Community Center under one building in our development. The church will be located due north of the Crest at MorganField neighborhood.

The entrance road off of Corbina Road was dedicated on Sunday, November 24, 2019. Pastors of both churches were present, along with members from both congregations.

Though First Christian Church is of the Disciples of Christ denomination, and First Presbyterian is of the Presbyterian Church USA denomination, both are mainstream protestant churches.
